The iPhone Swap is a one-for-one exchange of your current iPhone for an upgraded, professionally renewed pre-owned one.

Here's how it works: 

Step 1: Determine your eligibility. 

Step 2: Choose the iPhone you’d like to upgrade to.

Step 3: Select the iPhone you will be sending back to us to determine the price of your swap.

Step 4: We ship you the upgraded device first. Once you receive the device, you have 5 business days to configure your new device and ensure satisfaction.

Step 5: Send back your old device using the prepaid packaging provided. Don’t forget to remove Find My iPhone so we can find your old device a new home.
