Please ensure you are satisfied with your replacement device before you drop your old one in the mail. We will not be able to return your original device back to you once it has been shipped back to us. 

You have 5 business days starting after the date of delivery to drop your old device in the mail. You'll find the prepaid shipping label inside your box. Drop off your box at any USPS. Find the closest USPS here.
