What is The Swap Club's return & refund policy?Updated 2 years ago

We ask that you spend time testing your replacement AirPods or iPhone before you send your device back to us to ensure you are 100% satisfied. Due to the nature of our replacement process, once you ship your old device to us we will not be able to issue a refund or return it back to you because we will have already found it a new home! When participating in a swap with The Swap Club, you are agreeing to permanently release your old device to us. If happen to experience any functional issues, we offer a 90-day warranty. 

Claims under warranty:

For claims under warranty, refunds will not be issued. Under a warranty claim, the customer may be required to complete another “swap” at no additional fee, at which time: (a) The Swap Club will send you a replacement device and you will be required to send the device under warranty back in the same box (shipping label provided). You are required to return the original device claimed under warranty no later than 5 business days after the date of your replacement delivery. 

Refunds:

A refund may be requested under two circumstances and will be issued on a case-to-case basis. The circumstances are limited to:

  1. A full refund will be issued if you place your order and wish to cancel before your order has been fulfilled. 
  2. If your order has already been fulfilled and shipped, you may only receive a partial refund if your replacement device has not been opened. If the device sanitary packaging seal has been opened, you are no longer eligible for a refund. A refund (excluding shipping cost) will be issued once you unopened device are received at our facility.
